The officeis located inDongjak-gu, Seoul, and there are currently about 740 workers on duty.
'Science For A Better Life' is the goal and mission of Bayer. The company's corporate values consist of four types of leadership, Integrity, Flexibility, and Efficiency.

Company history
Bayer was founded in 1863 by Johann Friedrich Weskott and Friedrich Bayer. At first, it started out as a small dye manufacturer. The product that made Bayer the most famous company is aspirin.Bayer invented aspirin for the first time in the world in 1897.In 1957, Bayer merged with another company to enter the petrochemical sector. In the 2000s, they are still putting a lot of effort into the field of life science, as well agricultural products.

Business Areas
Business areas consist of pharmaceuticals, consumer health, crop science, animal health total four business areas. The Pharmaceuticals division focuses on special medicine, especially those related to the heart, arteries, and veins, as well as women's health, anti-cancer drugs, and eye-related disease treatments. The Consumer Health division is mainly responsible for general medicine and develops products such as skin disease treatments, vitamins, fever, pain, anti-inflammatory drugs, and cosmetics. The Crop science division manages projects related to agriculture, such as crop protection projects, environmental science, registration of seed attributes, and planting and growing seeds and buds of plants. They also develop and manage the most appropriate products, taking into account various environments and conditions. The Animal health division studies the prevention and treatment of diseases in pets and livestock and is providing innovative treatments and solutions.

Products
Bayer's products are classified into three categories. The first is Bayer's first business area, general and professional medicine. The second is, unexpectedly animal medicine products. And the last is agricultural chemistry which has recently begun to draw attention with M&A and business growth. There is also a considerable number of Bayer's various products in the domestic (Korea) market. So I chose 3 popular products that can introduce Bayer best. We will focus on the three sectors that I classified earlier.
First of all, it is aspirin that everyone would have taken when they had a headache or pain. As we explained earlier Bayer was the first company to develop aspirin. The second one is Berocca, which has been popular in recent advertisements. Berocca is a type of vitamin that you put in water and is known to help you recover from fatigue. And the last is a product called Bepanthen Ointment. This is a kind of ointment that is applied to the skin. Next is animal medicine that was the second sector. Unfortunately there was not much information related to animal medicines. However the preference for products in Korea is not known to be high. The last sector is agricultural chemistry which is also low in Korea. However it is a business area that Bayer has recently increased its investment with sales growth of 12 percent over the past three years in Europe.

Other information
Next part is not well known information of Bayer. Bayer was a war criminal company. During the Nazi era, they made poison gas and conducted several biological experiments. But they reflected on their actions and are now helping society a lot. And Bayer is one of the top six conglomerates in Germany. It is also the largest among pharmaceutical companies. Last Bayer created German football club Bayer Leverkusen. Friedrich Buyers the owner of Bayer founded Bayer Leverkusen in 1904. It is a prestigious club in a long history and is gaining huge popularity in Germany. It is also a friendly team for Koreans because it was a team that belonged to Cha Bum geun long ago and Son Heung min not long ago.

Internship
The last information in our presentation is about internships. Bayer regularly conducts internships for college students every year. There are four parts (Marketing, Market Access, Site Management, H.R) typical. Each part has a different set of things to prepare But in all four parts English is the most important.
