Per capita consumption of beer in Europe varies greatly by country, and it is influenced by whether countries typically have a beer- or wine-drinking tradition. The distribution of beer is divided into On-trade and Off-trade. The distribution of beer to pubs, clubs, and restaurants is called On-trade. On the other hand, products that can be purchased at supermarkets, department stores, and hypermarkets are called Off-trade
AB InBev is the world's leading brewer, producing over 500 beers, including world-famous brands such as Budweiser, Stella Artois and Corona.
It has experienced so many m&a from different companies and different countries. The multicultural beer brewing company is very successful and has more than 30% of market share. To make the beer brand easier to understand, it is better to describe the types of beer, two major types in the beer are ALE and LAGER. The decisive factor in the distinction between ale and lager is yeast. The Yeast used for the ale is fermented at a high temperature of 15°C to 18°C, and yeast used for the lager is fermented at a low temperature of 7°C to 12°C, and the location of fermentation in the liquor barrel is also different. The high temperature fermented yeast acts on the surface of the liquid, and the low temperature fermented yeast acts on the bottom. So the ale is called 'Top Fermentation Beer' and lager is called 'bottom Fermentation Beer'.

In the Korean case, Oriental Brewery (OB) is owned by AB InBev, so they manufacture Budweiser and Hoegaarden in the Korean factory. and they are planning to produce Corona Extra, Stella Artois in Korea.
